Rude, ignorrant Personal (Manager & Reception/his wife) tending to provide VIOLENT CUSTOMER SERVICES. They verbally and almost physically THREATENED US when we had a simple complain. Instead of an excuse or showing us understanding they got more angry, took the feedback personally and lied to us. Of course in Italian, since the employees dont speak english and seem hardly unmotivated. Whenever we explained our concern/request calm and with simpel words, they crossed our words and insulted us rude and cheap. They were discriminatory (arguing with our age and origin). They had several times loud events. It definility lacks in respect and attention to simple detail. WIFI broke down every 5 to 10 mins. There is no Lunch and no Snackbar (only a money eating, broken vending machine). Parking was horrible (far away down the hill) and they did not offer Shuttle service. Our room door was broken and we had no safe to secure our items. Our Room looked under construction. The Water was yellow. Aswell our Room telefon didnt work. NEVER AGAIN. We had to contact Booking.com Costumer Service hoping for assistance. We worked hard and trust all of our Holidays in this Hotel. We left frustrated and with broken nervs. Horrible. We didnt feel welcome and were hoping to leave the island soon.

The room was clean. The whole thing is very modern. It is definitely more resort-esque than a traditional agriturismo. The food was definitely not great. Best to eat somewhere else. On the plus side, it was close to the beach - 7 minutes drive. Probably good for families who would like the pool and don't need interesting food.

Room tip: All rooms seemed fine. Just go somewhere else to eat.

In my opinion this appartments is one of the best ways to intro to the Sardinia both geographically and emotionally. Should one mind poor wifi in the room or english of staff? This place is not about that - you choose to visit heart of Sardinia so be prepared to wake up from lambs rings about 7 am or so.

You can easiliy get any of the best beaches of the island from the spot.

You can easilly ask staff to cook any fish\meet you bring from local sailors. (Even though hotel has brilliant domestic dishes in the menu). My wife was pregnant when we visited Su Vrau so the place and helpful staff help me a lot to deal with challenges...)))

I missed the memories of the Su Vrau the whole winter,,, I wish we visit Su Vrau very soon when my son grew up a bit...

Overall accomodations, breakfasts, beaches, views, clean room, free parking and helpfull pleasant stuff made our acquaintanceship with Sardinia unforgetable.

First, my contribution on Tripadvisor is for helping people to select the right hotel for their aspectations!
I was very dissapointed of how the owners from Su Vrau treated us and that on their web site presents the facilities which they didn't offer when you were there!
For example, on website I read about room service or breakfast in the room, but after I check in and paid the room, the receptionist told me that the restaurant is closed durind winter and they could not offer any meal!
We didn't have any glass or cup in our room to drink water or to prepare a cofee or tea! The location is on a hill at few kilometers distance from Posapa or Terpe where we had to travel to buy food and drinks!

Room tip: Room 111 has a nice view

This place is very different from how it is portrayed at its agriturismo site, and for the life of us, we just cannot understand the many positive reviews. Perhaps it has recently changed? (Some new signs did not seem to include "agriturismo" in the name.) We've stayed at many agriturismos, and this was our worst experience. The website says that it has 3 rooms and 10 beds. However, it seems to have dozens of rooms, scattered over the property. This is far more like an impersonal hotel than an agriturismo. To be fair, the room itself was very nice, spacious and with a terrace and nice view. However, at an agriturismo, we expect some contact with the owners and with farming, local and preferably products produced at the site, and some pride in what they are doing. There was none of this here, it's just a commercial property, also seemingly specialising in hosting major events such as weddings. When we asked for advice about where to go exploring, the staff were nice enough, but they really had no idea, for example giving us inaccurate information about local markets which we were especially interested in.

Worst of all were the meals. Really inedible, which is hard to find anywhere in Italy. Despite the promise and what one has every right to expect at an agriturismo, there was nothing local offered to us. The pasta was served lukewarm; it clearly had been sitting around for some time rather than made fresh, and it tasted of tinned sauce. One of our "secondi" was "tomatoes and mozzarella". This can mean many things, but what was served was a cold, tasteless tomato with a slide of a block of industrial mozzarella – even though this is supposed to be a sheep farm. No sauce or seasoning of any type. No warmth at all in the service. Really disappointing, hard to recommend.
