We stayed 3 nights at La Garapa in May with my cousin from England. Breakfast was included in the price and it was a very good. It was close to to public transportation, very quiet and Maria was most helpful. I would return to this hotel again

Room Tip: Rooms with a balcony provide a wonderful view of Granada

We stayed at Le Garapa on a motorcycling holiday in September and absolutely loved the place. Really convenient for an easy bus ride into Granada and within reach of La Alpujarras mountains and the Sierra Nevada. Lovely to cool off in the swimming pool and relax after a hot day.
The food was excellent and meals on the shady terrace most enjoyable.
Hasta la vista!

Room Tip: Ground floor rooms with a patio are lovely.

This Rural hotel is the right place to relax. An old farmhouse set in the middle of a cherry orchard. Big clean rooms and a fantastic swiming pool whithout clorine. The staff very friendly and helpfull.
A special thank you to the chef, fantastic food and presentation. The leg of lamb you cooked especially for us was delicious. See you again - hasta la luego - Thank you!

We chose this hotel because we did not want to stay in the city centre because of possible parking problems. We were very pleased with our choice. La Garapa is in a pleasant location with excellent bus services to the city centre (about 10 minutes journey). Our room was spacious, clean and well appointed. It was very quiet and we had a very pretty terrace with orange trees. There is also a pool which would be very pleasant in the summer. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was excellent - fresh squeezed orange juice at no extra cost.

I am a spoiled traveler. I stayed in hundreds hotels on four continents. Rarely did I feel so much at home as in this hotel.
Perhaps it was because we spent the days before in an (uber)expensive, boring hotel on the coast being sick. And were struck by the 'cold' service. What a contrast this was. We arrived still sick but already the nice, warm welcome makes you feel better. A hot, strong soup brought in our room did the rest. A dinner made for us at night, us being the only guests at that time. Orange and lemon trees bearing full fruits on our terrace. A fantastic warm shower and jacuzzi. A simple but fully decorated room with free wifi, flat screen etc etc. I wish all hotels were like this :)

Room Tip: We had room nr 3, ground floor. It has it's own orange and lemon trees.
