Excellent hotel, wonderful staff, so helpful. Brilliant shuttle service which is free into verona and back from verona. Highly recommend this hotel if you don't want to stay in central verona. Breakfast was included in our stay and was lovely. Lots to choose from and restaurant staff really helpful, asked once for decaffeinated cappuccino and the staff remembered everyday and asked me if I would like decaffeinated every morning. Reception staff phoned local cafe to retrieve my cardigan for me which I had accidentally left in verona, nothing was too much for the staff of this hotel. Housekeeping did a great job too. Room really clean and lovely size. Really enjoyed our stay.

Room Tip: We asked for a quiet room and had one on 8th floor, very quiet . They have a lot of functions on bot...

Very friendly and helpful (english speaking) staff at the reception and in the restaurant. Nice large and clean rooms. Close to the city centre (by car) - The breakfast buffet was varied, fresh & plentiful.

Room Tip: We had two large connecting rooms. Very nice for a family with children

I didn't come to Italy to drink coffee made in a machine and this hotel is just that. It is functional but not charming. The rooms are big and nice but the hotel is in an industrial park and really hard to find from the highway if you come by car. Make sure you know how to drive once you exit "Verona Sud" or "Verona Est". The exit are 12 km apart and the hotel in the middle. The shuttle service from the hotel to the city center is great if you get a spot! The shuttle gets full quickly and you need to know one day in advance when you want to go to Verona and when you want to return, so organised and orderly people may find it superb but for mortals, it will mean several expensive taxi rides. The hotel is so far from the center of Verona that taxi one way costs 15-18 euros. We took the car into Verona one day and 5 h in the recommended parking garage was 12 euros. I don't want to be too down on the place because Italy are going through a rough time financially, but this really should be rated as a good, modern 3 star hotel, not 4 stars. Friendly staff. But an automated coffee machine making cappuccino at breakfast? So disappointing.

The hotel was very roomy and clean and all the staff was very helpful. It was very convenient right off the highway and there was a shopping mall nearby. Otherwise, it is a pretty industrial area. So, I wouldn't say that you stay here for the surroundings if you are here on vacation. With that being said, I know people go to Verona for the open air Opera and we did read that they had free shuttle service to this - so that would be convenient if you are there for that reason.

The breakfast buffet was much more like American style then European. A lot of variety - not just bread, meat, cheese and yogurt.

One thing about the amenities (which we found humorous) - it did say they had a hairdryer in the room - I am not sure I would call it a hair dryer - it looked more like an end of a vacuum cleaner.

In Verona for 5 nights for the opera in the Arena. We stayed in this hotel as there are generally good reviews. After actually staying there, we want to confirm that this is truly a great hotel.

There are plenty of hotels near the Arena if you want to be ripped off. The Best Western CTC is 5 -10 minutes by car from the city centre, depending on the traffic. It is classified as a 4-star, Our only complaint is that it does not have a swimming pool or sauna. It has a fitness room but we don't have major concerns.

In the morning, we have fabulous breakfast, with bacon and eggs, bread, cereal, cold cuts, croissants, various jams. Then there are several free shuttles during the day (9:30, 11:00, 17:00 and 19:00) to take you to and from the city. You need to book at check in so they know exactly how many people need that services. We booked for all five nights and they take us to the opera at 7:00 pm and was waiting for us when the opera finished. Excellent service. Excellent value for money.

The people at the front desk were very kind and speak good English. Internet is free and works fine, though it does disconnect every 4 hours and you have to log in again if you want to continue using it.

The room and bed are comfortable, though some people may find the air conditioning not strong enough.

There is a big shopping centre just across from the hotel, including a supermarket. So it is convenient.

I definitely recommend this hotel for people heading for Verona, Italy.

We've stayed with the children's while we went to visit the Verona downtown, very pleasant and quiet hotel, as is quite closely on the highway, clean and very spacious.
As a minus only one thing by night to reach the hotel was a challenge, advise don't missed the exit,....otherwise you'll end up in a macaroni streets.

Room Tip: For family members take the two communicating rooms is the best.

Stayed for one night is our way to Verona.
What an amazing and pleasant hotel.
Staff was very helpful, giving us directions prior to arriving and also, telling us what to do and where to shop around once we arrived.
The rooms are very nice and large.
Breakfast is great. Wifi and parking are included on the rate.
It's outside the ZTL zones, and very easy to reach Verona.
We would certainly come back.
