A real gem, so lucky to have found it. The location is right on the sea on a little cove with waves rocking you to sleep a very spainish area local shops five minutes the tram behind property great for going into Alicante at night for lovely museums and wonderful night life. Must recommend la taverna iberica in old town wonderful music and food
We stayed for a week, a stunning, well equipped apartment, tranquil and beautiful stretch of coast on the doorstep, shops, restaurants and bars close by.10 minutes by tram to Alicante Town. Bliss
This is a cosy and quirky little villa right on the promenade, above a quiet little cove. We loved being able to swim before breakfast! The cove is quite private because very few people use the promenade. However, just 300 metres up the road is another more public beach which has lots of amenities - we used both beaches most days. Very close to the Villa is a tram stop. You can jump on a tram and be in the centre of Alicante in just over 10 minutes - amazing! There are a few restaurants near the villa and we enjoyed them, but, it was just so easy to pop in to the City Centre to eat. Ingrid, the owner, is a nice lady to deal with and the local lady, Amparo, (who does the changeovers) was very helpful. Hoping to return!
