I've been driving past this restaurant for years, but the narrow frontage and roadside location put me off. I expected some kind of bar-like interior. Was I wrong! The lovely breezy, Moroccan-style red, green and gold tent at the back has lovely views over the local greenery. Even though today is August 15th, it was delightfully cool.. The menu is interesting and varied. We chose the 'evening menu' for about €20 each, which they didn't mind doing for lunch. We started with olives and hummus, hot bread, then I had beautifully presented Moroccan salad and Juan had aubergine scramble. This was followed by some lovely soup, a sorbet then we had lamb tagine with Moroccan tea and sweets for dessert. However, there was a lot of choice on the menu. The portions were just right, everything was delicious and the service was unobtrusive and friendly. It must be wonderful there at night in that tent. We will definitely be doing back and recommending it to all our friends. They do children's meals, too. Another plus... there's plenty of parking at the front. We didn't have any alcohol, just water so I can't comment on the wine list. Definitely go... Would make a great romantic evening I am sure.
