We stayed last Monday for 1 night. The location is excellent between the beach and marina/casino. The old part of town is across the road. Plenty of parking at the hotel which costs about €19 a day.
We had a room on the level which included access to the club lounge with an open bar and snacks. Canapes which were very nice were served about 8pm, but be warned if you are not there when they are put out then you wont have any as they were not refreshed. The only other snacks we saw were crisps and nuts.
Our room was great with a lovely view over the Marina, the corridors are long so expect a long walk to some rooms. Room was well equipped with a power shower, jacuzzi bath (which did not work), safe (which also didn't work, after calling the engineer out twice to see it we gave up and left it open). Mini bar with complimentory soft drinks, beer and snacks. There were good quality toiletries and when we asked for an iron and ironing board it came quickly. The bed was comfy;the room was clean and there was a turn down service. As part of the package we also had a €10 allowance to spend within the hotel.
The staff and service we thought was very good and not being one who likes elevators, I was pleased to see 1 glass elevator. We used the main dining room for breakfast and as we had an early flight we wished we hadn't as it was a long trek from our room and in a bizarre location. The food that we saw looked good and fresh.
We would return to the hotel and would recommend the level, but not for more than a short break. The reason being is that we were disappointed that the level is supposed to be adults only but it was not there were Children running about everywhere. The other thing we were most disappointed with was the pool, it is positioned in between 2 buildings so very little of it sees any sun. The other issue was that there was absolutely nowhere to sit. We didn't expect to pay a premium for a room and then not be able to sit outside by the pool. It was clear the morning we left that you need to be out by the pool by 7.30 to get a bed as people reserve them all and nothing is done about it. Perfect hotel if you like the beach though.
