When we arrived at these apartments there was no reception or sign indicating that it was the apartments. A very kind Spanish person leaving the building told us we had to call the number on a post it note on he door. We had no phone so he phoned 30 minutes later someone turned up to assist us. The apartment was very dirty, there were very damp towels on our bed and we were told we would have to pay in cash. We complained about how dirty it was but they can not speak English so...there is no way to contact anyone for any assistance. When it came to checkout time we had no way to pay anyone. We waited outside the apartment for 45 minutes until he cleaner came and we gave her the keys and cash, so hopefully that turns out OK? There were 3 new people going through the exact same ordeal when we were leaving. Unless they can sort out this rather large issue I would avoid it. However the apartments are nice, well equipped, in a great location and very good value. We also booked a studio with 3 beds however one was a very uncomfortable sofa bed.
