“Fine”
Reviewed 29 October 2012

Check-in staff were fine, not overly enthusiastic, but not rude either. Overall, the staff throughout the stay were fine.

The room (sixth floor) was on the small side, but modern and clean. The bathroom was spotless. The walls between rooms were pretty thin and voices/footsteps can be heard quite easily, as well as the cleaners, if you decide to have a lie-in.

The location was ok, on the edge of what is considered the 'centre' of town. It took about 15 minutes to walk to the beach in the centre at a normal pace, and about 10 minutes to the main shopping district. A taxi back from the centre at night cost, on average, 5 euros, which is a great option.

We had the misfortune of waking up one morning to discover a parade of ants marching through the room, having seen just one or two in the previous days. We informed the reception and they moved us to another (ant-free) room when one became available later that day.

Wifi was free in the lobby, around 12€ for 24 h in the rooms. Both worked well. The pool area on the roof was really nice and pretty much empty for the duration of the stay.

We landed at the airport in Alicante late on a thursday night and planned to stay one night i Alicante before moving south. It was very easy to find this hotel along the road into the centre of town.
Nice rooms, free parking, and enjoyable breakfast. And only a short walk into the shopping area.

Very impressed by the hotel, we had a superior room for the weekend, which had more than enough space, great free minibar, and we were on the back of the hotel on the 8th floor, so no noise at all.
The room was very clean, comfortable and modern, as was the bathroom. The only downside to the bathroom was the frosted glass "door", that left gaps all the way around - not exactly private!
Very good value for money, would happily stay here again!

Bathroom was split in two by a sliding glass door - toilet and shower (no bath) on one side, sink and mirror effectively part of the bedroom, with no door. Don't understand why the architect was trying (and failing) to redesign the wheel - what's wrong with the standard layout of 99% of the world's ensuite bathrooms? Sink also a weird shape, square and shallow. Think this wastes water in a part of the world where it doesn't grow on trees. Otherwise not bad, free soft drinks in minibar and location fairly handy for town centre. Food and wifi both expensive, though we didn't sample either of them.

me and my friend stayed for a couple of nights in September.
For the money paid I was impressed.

Rooms very clean, modern, cleaned well, plenty of toiletries.
We found the service good in the bar/restaurant.

We ate the Club sandwich for 12 Euros, maybe on the expensive side but worth it.
Did not use the pool area much as it was too hot up there.

Its only a 10/15 min walk to the Marina and City where you are spoilt for choices of places to at and drink.

The Marina is well worth a visit. Most bars had special offers of 2 pints of beer for 5 Euros.

This hotel is well worth the money

Spent a week with my wife in Alicante at this hotel, on the whole, a very pleasant experience. It is a few minutes walk from the centre of Alicante but that didn't bother us.

Found the room to be clean and staff to be helpful.

Downsides were the prices for food/breakfast which we found expensive in comparison to the town but this is a business focused hotel. The rooftop pool is nice but space around it is limited. If you wait around for a while at the pool, you'll get one of the sun loungers.

Just had a 5 day break 2nd visit, really enjoyed our stay, excellent value, not too far from town the walk is ok, love the local feel, would do again, very clean modern contempary, you could pay more for less. Approx 15 min walk from the centre town you can walk along the sea front all the way into town. We had a suite D322 fantastic, breakfast is continental and more than enough to start the day off.

Room Tip: Great local feel, excellent staff go enjoy!
