Good hotel, despite location being a bit run down. The hotel policies were a bit weird. Not serving dinner on a weekend? Why? Had to venture out and ended up in a poor part of town, where people were openly injecting drugs. The mall a few doors away was good for food.

Good:
Large modern clean room with really comfortable beds and fantastic bathroom. We were able to get a local bus, about a 10 minute walk away, to the Gibraltar border for 2.45€ which was the main reason we booked this hotel.
Bad:
We informed reception of a problem with our Air-con, but nothing was done. The free wifi speed was a disgrace.. they have a premium service, but of course that will cost extra! Other than a pretty poor shopping mall with fast food there is little else nearby.

Do not be put off for the fact this hotel is in the heart of an industrial/warehouse estate. Looks could't be further from the truth. Once inside you will be amazed at how modern and clean rhe place is. The bedrooms are good size and spotlessly clean. Well furnished and equiped. A good size flat screen TV; well stocked mini fridge and tea and coffee making facilities. Nice testaurant and an excelkent buffet style breakfast. Very nice large lounge which was well funished. It a good position to travel a few miles to Gibraltar.

The staff is the key to the success of this hotel. From the front desk to the housekeeping staff to the restaurant employees, all went above and beyond customer service expectation! The hotel provides many amenities and the rooms are extremely clean and nice. If ever planning to go visit Gibraltar, this hotel is the ideal place to stay. Huge mall next to the hotel.

Great hotel, close to the airport and the metro stop is nice and close. Rooms are good and the beds are so comfortable. Staff are friendly and helpful and all spoke very good English and Spanish. Breakfast is good but if you have to buy breakfast they charge 14€ and that is way too much. Room service pizza very poor and best avoided! There are some great restaurants close by and a supermarket next door!I need to mention the flight noise. It is more of a muffled noise through the double glazing but if you like fresh air and windows open then it will be noisy. I would definitely stay here again. It cost 16€ for a taxi from the airport and €10 from hotel to airport. Definitely worth buying a metro day rider as best way to get around. Avoid driving if you can it is crazy!
