“Great Local Hospitality”

Palazzo Galletti in the old town of Vittorio Veneto is a wonderful base to explore this town and also the region.
Only three rooms but each is charming and very cosy.
Well run and everything works, which is great when travelling, and not always the case.
Highly recommended.

Room Tip: All the rooms are great with real character

We are a family of four, two adult children and just found this B&B on trip advisor. On arrival we were pleasantly surprised and the experience just got better. The hosts could not have been nicer, we were greeted with freshly made gingerbread biscuits and were shown to our suite. Everything that we needed was catered for, they recommended a Trattoria that was fantastic, and the fruit, wine and coffee in the room was a great touch. The fact that we could get one room made it more affordable and the historic significance of the building added to the experience.

What a cozy and charming atmosphere. Spotless and quiet with all the comforts of home, fruits and cookies in your room and an tasting meals.I had a beautiful view of the hills and narrows strets of the city. The garden is perfect. I awoke to bells ringing every morning. It is easy to go to Venezia and Treviso.

We stayed at the Palazzo Galletti for four nights and everything about our experience was excellent. The building is very unassuming on the outside, until you enter the meticulously restored 13th century palazzo. Alma, the owner, restored the palazzo over a ten year period. She is an artist and her attention to detail can be seen everywhere in this beautiful B&B. There are only three rooms, so it is quite intimate. The breakfasts were quite good, with homemade bread and pastries, fresh fruit, cereals, juices, etc. The attentiveness of Alma, Ernesto and Alma's mother, Elenora was greatly appreciated. Their knowledge of the area and their suggestions were extremely helpful. I would highly recommend Palazzo Galletti and if we have an occasion to be in the area again, it would definitely be our first choice for accommodations.

Room Tip: There are only three rooms and each is unique.

Our 5 day stay here in May 2013 was a highlight after our wedding in Venice. Peaceful atmosphere and wonderful breakfast. Alma and Ernest helped us coordinate visits with new found family members and we enjoyed many interesting conversations. This truly is a place you will want to return to again and again..... Thank you so much from Lisa and Frank.

A great B&B in a fantastic property, fabulous people a more relaxing place you will struggle to find as soon as you arrive you feel as if you have lived here all your life! A magical spot and so well positioned for exploring further afield without the drama of being with all the crowds.

Room Tip: There are only three and whilst different you will be happy in any.

Ambiance is my top priority, and an artist's 600-year-old palazzo that she has lovingly restored, situated in a medieval village on the edge of prosecco country is dreamy. Vittorio Veneto was the perfect contrast to our week in Venice.

My husband and I loved the privacy of our Angel Suite room at the top of the building, though if you are two meters tall, expect to bump your head sometimes :). I saw the other two rooms which were bright (Garden room) and cozy (Sunset room). The garden is very special. Bedding and towels were superior, and they welcomed us with prosecco and fruits, and we appreciated the kitchenette during our week stay. We were content with the local train for mobility, though Alma went above and beyond to collect us in Venice on her way back from the airport.

Alma and her co-hosts were generous and friendly, and we enjoyed breakfasts with homemade jams every morning and chatting with them as we came and went. They even invited us on two separate occasions with them to the countryside during our week's stay! Thank you for the place to make our sweet memories.

Room Tip: It's a great value in any room. I said above, Angel Suite for privacy, Garden Room for natural l...
