In reality we wanted to go to Podenzana, were the panigaccio origin is from but it was dark raining so decided to avoid the driving to Podenzana and checking on this site we found this “panigacceria” and well, give a try...
From the outside has not any appearance of a restaurant, looked more like a highway storehouse, but inside is modern, with designer decorations and lamps, strong colors (red, black, silver); spotless clean areas and that fantastic warm welcoming friendly service from the wait staff (all of them!)
Panigaccis are well presented, not burned but I found them a bit hard chewy but I have to tell that just discovered this flatbread not long but their “testaroli” were deliciously tasted. The plates for the fillings, cheeses, cured-ham cuts were quite abundant.
Excellent priced if want an informal lunch or dinner with beer and soft drinks.
A very good place for panigaccis if dont want to travel all the way up, and the best, their friendly service.
