One of the ancient pizza and farinata take away shops in town. The family is still running the place using genuine and classic recipes to prepare good and tipical food. You have to taste the "farinata", a sort of thin omelette (without eggs!) made only with olive oil and chickpea flour, my suggestion is to eat it within a focaccia. There's a large choice of pizza, focaccia and salty cakes. Everything is cooked in an old oven that burns wood (it's not electrical).
