I've not been inside this building but it is easy to visit and take a photo from outside. It is next to quite a wide and busy road so becareful about crossing. There is little else to see nearby but it is right next to a station on the yurakucho line which makes it easy to just pop up for a photo if you are interested in japanese politics. Nearby is the supreme court which you used to be able to book appointments to visit and watch... which is a strange experience. On the otherside, it is not to far away from the Tokyo high court which you can visit any time and watch trials... which can be more interesting than the supreme court. You can check a list of different trials and choose which one to sit in on provided it is not too busy.
