Booked three rooms for a week at this hotel. The rooms were a reasonable size for Japan and not too expensive but the bonus for us was the location. Walking distance to plenty of places to eat and a 3 or 4 minute walk to Suidobashi station on the JR line which meant we could go anywhere in Tokyo using our rail pass. Perfect for us and recommended.

Booked this hotel a month before I left for Tokyo. When we got there I must have booked a smoking room. Asked to change but only could get three days of non smoking. So asked to upgrade to the next room up which was no problem and was not to expensive.

Location 4 stars
Staff 4 stars
Bedroom 4 stars
Bathroom 4 stars

Beautiful and clean hotel. The bed and pillow was very comfy. The bathroom was clean, elegant and a big bath tub.

Location is not to far from the metro about a five min walk. Everything is a train ride or 2 away in a all directions.

I recommend staying at this hotel. I enjoyed my time there.

So it is important to note that three underground stations service this hotel which are between a 7-15 minute walk depending on where you want to go.
Round the corner there are some good brunch lunch and dinner choices. We went to miyabi bakery for breakfast there which was good.

The hotel itself was flawless. Very helpful staff who sent baggage on for me to a hotel I'd be visiting later.
Beautiful rooms with good amenities.
Complimentary water.
Lovely tea and coffee making faculty in the room.
BBC and CNN on the tv (not all hotels I've been to do, just makes a nice familiar change after a while)

We stayed two days whilst visiting Tokyo and most things to visit were in a 20 minute range on the train.
I would recommend this hotel to others and would stay again.

Not often does one go back to the same hotel in a city like Tokyo that offers an extensive selection from capsule "hotels" to luxury ryokans.

Many reviews have mentioned the outstanding qualities of the hotel. Some other aspects to mention include relative proximity to Tokyo station where the Narita express train makes a stop. Take the JR line to Akihabara, 2 stops, and then transfer to the Yamamoto line and it's just two stations to Tokyo. Half an hour from the hotel.

The neighborhood is quiet and if one turns a right outside the hotel and walks several blocks you will come across a few small restaurants with people waiting for their turn to order from the menu. Photo is of one of these places.

As previously mentioned the standard room is larger than many Tokyo hotels but if you need more "personal" space, the superior room is quite comfortable.

The only area of improvement is the quality of the Akagi Wagyu beef offered during dinner in the cafe. There is a surcharge for it. The beef did not melt in your mouth and was a bit chewy. Other dishes of the set course were very good.

Very charming hotel near the train station. They have a very good restaurant on the first floor. The staff was very nice, the standard room is small though for 2 people but very cute and super clean and mostly confortable. I highly recommend.
