This is an interesting museum, I enjoyed most of the exhibits and hands on activities. Though my kids, 5 and 3, are still too young to understand real science, they still enjoyed the visit. Maybe when they are old enough to understand the descriptions, we can visit again.

We found this place a bit by accident, in the middle of beautiful edo gardens. Such a delightful interactive science experience, fun for young and older kids. Beautifully laid out on several floors so even when busy it was not crowded. Plenty of signs in english and staff were friendly and helpful. Great cafeteria and cafe. Allow at least 3 or 4 hours, but could easily spent the day here.

This would have been a very interesting science museum. If only we spoke Japanese. All info is in Japanese and there are no translations or headset options available.

It is very hands-on, so it would have been awesome if we had the language skills.

If you have a rainy day while in Tokyo, this is a great place to go spend the day. There are lots of unique "things" to observe and there are several interactive activities available as well.
