Great location. It is directly connected to Tokyo station with shops and malls just underground. Plus, it is just across the road of the palace park. If you are a 'keep fit' freak, a 5km jog around the scenic palace park would be a chosen activity.
Services are outstanding. It is the sort of quiet courtesy that is most suited for business travelers. Hotel staff in other cities often confused this with the gregarious sorts. They should not assume that all hotel guests wish to be spoken to.
You will have a large TV screen in your room and all channels are in HD. When compared to good hotels in other cities in the East Asian region, this is a bliss. The hot and cold water mixers in the shower works perfectly. The system pays real attention to the details. But for some reasons, power plug converters are not readily installed.
