Alone on business with part pleasure trip. 4 nights over peak Hanami period.

Impeccable service - extremely helpful bell desk - helped with restaurant bookings before I arrived, and several changes after I got there. Always very responsive and all staff were fantastic. Never experienced better service.

Great view - breakfast view from 27th floor fantastic. Very good selection of Japanese and English/Continental breakfast buffet.

Great sunrise views from 30th floor rooms. Lobby is on 27th floor so rooms all above

Super convenient. Connected to major train station (Tokyo) thus weather proof. Direct express (NEX) train from Narita Airport 53 minutes. Major hub for connections throughout city. And Tokyo station is like a huge mall with fantastic Ramen places (loved the Tokyo Ramen Street area) and interesting shops. Also adjacent to major department store - Daimaru. All great for gifts for the family etc.

Would definitely stay again even with our young family of 2 kids.

This hotel is just beside the Tokyo Station but it can be difficult to find the correct exit given the sheer size of the station. I was arriving from Yokohama and my train platform was so far from this exit that it took me a good 30 minutes to find the correct exit (walking all around the station despite being able to read the Japanese signage). However, once you've overcome this teething problem, you will come to appreciate the location of this hotel because it's very convenient. You can head to literally everywhere from Tokyo Station and there are quite a number of dining and shopping options within the station. Of course, the fact that I got a corporate rate deal also helped. Note that the lobby is on the 27th floor so you need to take two lifts to get to your room.
Most rooms in Tokyo are very small so it was no surprise that this hotel's room was the same. However, for one person, it's quite sufficient. Just that if you have a huge suitcase, you may struggle to place it on the floor. The wardrobe is only one small compartment without any doors too. The bed was quite comfortable but I could certainly do with harder pillows. There is a guide placed on the writing table that shows you the major landmarks you can see from your window so you can identify which direction or area you are looking at. Inside the fridge, there is a complimentary bottle of mineral water every day while coffee and tea packs are placed in the cupboard below the TV unit. The bathroom's small too but good enough for solo travellers.
There is a restaurant called TENQOO at the lobby. I only tried breakfast there on my last day at the hotel. Frankly speaking, the food is OK but the selection is too small so you might be better off spending the breakfast money on something cheaper at Tokyo Station.
Something worth noting is that there is a vending machine and an ice dispenser on each floor just beside the lift lobby. Of course, you have to pay for your drinks at the vending machine but you can use the ice box in your room to get free ice from the machine. It helps when you need a cold drink but there's no ice.
Service was also great. I had a package from Amazon Japan which I sent to the hotel a few days before my arrival and they agreed to hold it for me. When I ran out of space in my luggage to hold my purchases, the staff helped me to arrange for EMS to ship the items back home and I didn't even have to bring the box down to the post office. This was a very much appreciated gesture especially since my box was more than 10kg!
It was an enjoyable 6-night stay at this hotel and if you are tired from the shopping and sightseeing, you can call for facials or massages up till 2am! I got foot massages a couple of times and it really helped in relieving the fatigue felt due to the walking.
In all, I think this is a pretty good place to stay at but considering the price and size of the rooms (it's a relatively small hotel which has rooms from the 27th to 34th floor only), it might not be so worthwhile if you are travelling in a bigger room.

The Hotel is connected to the central station, but not that easy to find on the first go, especially if arriving by train from the airport. Follow directions towards Yaesu exit, and then Nihombashi gate (bus terminal). Once at the Nihombashi gate look left and the hotel is right there. The reception is on 24th floor, so it is not that obvious you are entering a hotel. Once in the hotel is suspended in the air high above ground, very quiet and pretty modern. My room (single with view) was small, but view was fantastic and it didn't feel cramped. Super handy to all public transport, some excellent shops and the Imperial palace. Would be happy to come back. If your breakfast is not included in the cost of your room, don't bother..not worth the money they are charging.

Stayed in this hotel for 4 nights in April and it's a great place. It's directly November Tokyo station and convienent to all rail lines. The rooms are typical Japanese rooms (small) but very functional. The views are spectacular. My room had a great view of sky tree, while past rooms have overlooked the rail lines in and out of Tokyo station. This hotel is in the middle of it all a d is a good choice.

Staying in a new modern hotel right next door or Tokyo Rail Station makes this a great place to spend 6 nights whilst seeing the sights of Tokyo. No matter where your travelling takes you or leaves you at the end of the day, it is always easy to get back to your hotel, although due to the massive sized complex and the enormous number of people, it does take a little time to get your bearings.
The hotel reception is on the 27th floor with all rooms above this level, given panoramic views of Tokyo

Room Tip: Go for a corner room, they are larger, a bit dearer but give a wonderful panoramic view from your be...

This is my second time here at this hotel. The location is perfect, though one might get lost if they don't know the layout of Tokyo station. Once you know the place, it's pretty easy to travel around Tokyo or catch a shinkansen to go elsewhere. The room is clean, modern, pretty big compared with Tokyo standards and has great view. Also with good amenities.

The staffs are very nice and helpful. And they also speak decent English.

Highly recommended!

Conveniently located next to Tokyo station but can be quite confusing for first timers. This is not one of the hotels that the coach from Narita airport drops you off at the doorstep, You have to alight opposite Tokyo station and even if you come by train you will still have to run the Tokyo station maze to find the Nihonbashi exit. It also doesn't help that a lot of the hotels in this area are in business/commercial towers with reception located on the upper floors so they don't look like hotels from the street level and you have to keep a sharp lookout for their signs. In fact, we tried to check into the wrong hotel - the Marunouchi, which is just across the road.
We stayed for three nights and everything worked out fine the next day after we got to know the lay of the land.

On the reception floor there is a scale model electric train that goes around a miniature Tokyo city. Unfortunately it's not switched on all the time but fun to watch when it is running.

I liked the fact that they have TWO electrical sockets sensibly located at the writing desk. I've stayed in places where it's a hassle trying to charge anything. What's more, they even provided a hexapod with five type of connectors so I didn't even have to use the charger I brought along for my phone and tablet.

Room Tip: If you are a couple staying for more than one night then go for the executive twin which is very com...
