In Tokyo, good food can be found everywhere, even street corners. Beige stands out from the crowd with their excellent service, starting with the nice lady at the discreet entrance next to Chanel, ushering you into the exclusive lift whisking you up to Beige. Cute touch with the Chanel lift buttons. Throughout dinner, our various waiters, the sommelier and the maitre’d were attentive but unobtrusive, a difficult balance to strike.
Food was good – but that is to be expected. Nowadays, it simply isn’t enough to offer top quality food. It needs to be matched with top quality service. In any case, no point going into descriptions of specific dishes as Beige’s menu is seasonal and changes every 3 months.
Happy to recommend Beige.
