“Great location”
Reviewed 4 January 2014

We stayed 2 nights here and found it very well appointed, breakfast included in the very reasonable tariff. There are laundry facilities available as well and lots of dining options nearby. Easy access to the TCAT and Metro.

Recently stayed at this hotel as part of my first trip to Tokyo. The hotel is in an excellent location near the TCAT and the metro making travel very easy. As expected the rooms are small but well appointed with everything required except wifi in the room. There is wifi in the reception/breakfast area but it would be much nicer if it was available in the room (marked down a point because of this). Otherwise, a pleasant place to stay with a really excellent location. Also good value for money.

Excellent location near to TCAT (walk on road level) and Suitengumae Station (2 mins walk), and Kayabacho Station (15mins walk). 7-11 & Lawson were also within 1-2 mins walk, Family Mart about 5-10mins.

Wifi reception was excellent although had problems with log in the first 2 nights. You had to make sure you manually change your iphone/ipad wifi configuration. We could even get strong wifi signal on Level 3 provided you open your room door.

Surprisingly, a full range of amenities were provided except no body lotion (refer to earlier reviews). Bed & yukata were comfy, rooms pretty cosy for 2 persons & super clean. Pls avoid big luggages as there is hardly space to walk or hang clothes. Although hotel was fully booked, we could hardly hear any noise from inside our room at night or early mornings.

Breakfast was simple with few selections, ie coffee/tea/milk/juice, soup, salad, eggs, bread, jams & 1 sausage/meat patty. But seats were really lacking, most mornings were full & you can expect to share tables with other hotel guests.

Staff were polite & could speak basic English. Uga & Ito were especially helpful with directions & recommendations.

Great value for money!

This hotel is fine, as reflected in the mostly positive reviews. But be sure you go to the right one! They have a lot of locations, and the "Nihonbashi site" is not enough to identify it, as I learned much to my regret. I feel like such an idiot too, traipsing across that area of town, because it is close to the subway station they recommend.

It's right in tokyo city with affordable price. Clean room and there's spaces for luggages as well. Very strategic location in which is so easy to access via Suitegumae station under tokyo metro. Just few mins walk if you exit by Exit 2 in the station. Lawson and 7-11 is nearby. Check-in and check-out is very fast. Breakfast is complimentary although there's not much choices.

The Hotel enjoys a good Location in Tokyo, Very close to TCAT which is the main transportation hub for both HANEDA & NARITA Airports.
Hotel has a Small reception area, and it serves as the Breakfast room too !! So... there is no place to sit for the customers if their arrival meets the Breakfast time.
Rooms are Very Small, TV is the only thing which is Large and Nice, but unfortunately NO ENGLISH CHANNELS , all Japanese !!
Bed is Comfortable , A/C is fine, Bathroom is quite small but functional, The Provide Liquide Soap, Shampoo, Conditioner, Tooth Brush and Paste, Razor, Gel, even a Silk Brush & Hair dryer . The also provide Pajamas and slippers . Breakfast is a Joke , but adequate to just have a cup o coffee or Grab a quick croissant, actually there is no Place for everyone to have breakfast, the space can hardly take 20 Pax. Wifi is only a the reception are, Internet cable is available at the Rooms
The Hotel is of a good value for Money.
One advice for the hotel Management, There is good unused space beside the reception area, I would highly recommend to widen the reception area and use this space for a seating area or as a Breakfast room.
The Staff of the reception are extremely polite and very Helpful " except for one Man who was very polite but also grumpy and inhospitable ".

Room Tip: I believe all rooms are the same.

It is a chain hotel that is with breakfast included in the rate. Clean and good location and it 's only few minutes walk to Suitegumae Subway Station (Z10)- Hansomon Line which will take you direct to Shibuya (Z01) where you can witness the busiest Intersection in the world. Opposite the subway station is the Airport Bus Terminal which is very convenience. The Hotel provide free shuttle service to Tokyo Station in the morning on Mondays and Tuesdays. Tokyo Station to Hotel on Sundays and Mondays. There are number of Restaurants around the area and is safe to walk back to Hotel late at night. On the whole my family have enjoyed our stay in this hotel for 4 nights in October 2013. Will stay in the same hotel the next time we visit Tokyo.
