If you're going to be in Tokyo for a couple nights and you want to stay out late in the more lively spots, I would suggest staying in Shibuya or Shinjuku instead of Chuo, but if you are looking for a convenient, comfortable place to stay on your way in or out of Tokyo, I think this hotel is perfect. It's quite affordable for this area and it feels like a luxury hotel.
The location is very convenient - just two blocks from Tokyo Station where you can easily catch the Narita Express or Sobu Line to Narita airport. Tokyo Station is a huge transportation hub so you can pretty easily get anywhere in the city from here by subway or JR Train. There is a 24 hour convenience store right next door to the hotel. The area around this hotel is real swanky, which was fun to experience, at least for one afternoon.
The rooms are small and ours, on the 13th floor, lacked any kind of view, but they're so thoughtfully designed and decorated that you barely notice, and the bathroom was very spacious for a Tokyo Hotel - the shower was especially nice. I loved the little espresso maker they provided in the room. This was a great place to relax on our last night in Tokyo.
