I was invited to this restaurant with my father by our Japanese friend who knows the owner of 6eme sense. Located in Ginza, the most chic area of Tokyo, the place is divided into a little wooden bar (I had a very good Bellini) and the restaurant. The french Chef Dominique Corby organizied a private dinner with a French somelier who introduced each of the 10 wines who accompanied every dish. The food was amazing, really tasty and well presented, the service was impeccable, price? I do not know, but I could tell is a place where you go for big occasions. .
