The hotel is very well located (central staton at walking distance or short taxi ride, and subway also at 8 min walking distance). The rooms are clean (which is very important), but Tokyo style - very small, and the bathroom makes you feel as you are in a futurist movie. But clean and comfirtable over all.
If you go, make sure you get a inner room, inside the building. Mine was outside, at the energency stairs area, and it wasn't really nice.... I asked for a new room, but it was fully booked. For two days was ok. Staff friendly, helpful and fluent in English.

Fresh and new feeling, very clean. About a 10 minute walk from Tokyo Station. We stayed at a hotel in Shinjuku earlier in our trip, and this neighborhood had a much more relaxed feeling. The room was very tiny, smallest we experienced in Japan, but the very comfortable bed and cleanliness make it one I'd recommend.

I would recommend this hotel. Some have commented that the room is small, but really for Japan it was a good sized room by comparison to other places we stayed. Very clean and well appointed, friendly service, quiet and a good breakfast. Not really an area for bars/partying, if that's what you're after (but this is Tokyo and the metro can get you anywhere in no time!). Very convenient, being walking distance to Tokyo station.

This was our 1st ouf of 4 hotels during our Japan trip in Feb 2013. We stayed 3 nights here and chose this new-ish hotel based on the proximity to Hatchobori stn for easy 12mins ride to Tokyo Disney.

We took the Keisei bus from Tokyo airport (1,000 yen each) to Tokyo stn which took just less than an hour. It was about 10mins walk from the bus stn to Sotetsu Fresa Inn Kyobashi.

We arrived early in the morning and the staff kept our luggage so we could start our sightseeing. However not before they let us know about the free WiFi (blindingly fast, no English TV but streaming on iPhone & laptop not a problem) and the plentiful free amenities (tea, coffee from 3pm to midnight, bath salts, face scrub, hair gel, ladies toiletry set, etc).

The semi double room was small as expected. You walk in and to the left was a small alcove wardrobe & shelf, a module plastic bathroom then a small 4ft double bed. The foot of the bed hits the wall which has a big window. There is a narrow desk along the right side of the bed and I liked that I could reach out from bed to grab anything on the desk - it was that compact. Although if we had to stay in this size room for our entire 15 day trip, we'd feel a bit claustrophobic. While you can't really leave big suitcases open in the room, we found it was fine with our closed suitcase & rucksacks lined up against the wall with space to walk.

Shampoo, conditioner, bodywash, shaving kit, toothbrush & toothpaste plus a travel hairbrush provided in the bathroom. Love the heated toilet seat and the bidget gadgets! We also had some soft flannel PJs on the bed, this is refreshed daily regardless of whether you choose to change the bed linen & towels (you get 2 free bottles of water if you want to be eco friendly). Side note on Japanese shampoo/conditioner, they are runny but does the job.

The pillows are medium hard with synthetic buckwheat on one side. So I asked for their pillow menu and the manager gave use two tempur pillows immediately.

24 hr Family Mart is on the corner. 20 secs walk right from hotel entrance. Godsend as due to jetlag I frequented FM for snacks and drinks on a regular basis during unsociable hours. Although there are vending machines within the hotel (good for when it's too cold/windy outside), microwave and washer dryers.

Feel free to ask Q's.

Room Tip: We had the end room on the 12 top flr and had no road noise or heard anything from our neighbours.

We stayed here for a total of 8 nights on our first trip to Japan and although the room was small, we absolutely loved it. The location was amazing with two different subway lines a block away and Tokyo station only 5 mins walk. The service by the staff was excellent and it had a coin-op laundry which for us, was a huge plus. With the low prices I spent on this, I wouldn't hesitate for a second to come here again on our next visit.
