“Maybe the Japanese version of Manhattan?”
Reviewed 9 April 2013

Gorgeous storefronts with beautifully kimono clad women working at the stores. Don't miss the Toy Park or the Sony building. Both are full of surprises and will leave you wanting more. Grab a bite at Moscafe to try the Japanese version of an upscale hamburger joint. We saw so many well dressed people eating there which was fun. Definitely get a look at night because the lights are dazzling!

“If you are a shopper you will love Ginza”
Reviewed 8 April 2013

Shops, shops and more shops. if you enjoy shopping and like international branded stores, then Ginza is your place. Equally loads of restaurants. If in Tokyo, GInza is a must visit, day or night.

Reviewed 31 March 2013

The Ginza is a great location and worthy of even window shopping if u don't want to shop in the high end shops and department stores...fantastic area to wander around and enjoy and its really easy to get to on the subway!

“Night life”
Reviewed 31 March 2013

Loved walking around and people watching. Spent a lot of time watching the businessmen go into and come out of private clubs, often walked to the waiting cars by a hostess or geisha.

“Times Square of Tokyo”
Reviewed 30 March 2013

Fun place to visit. Lots of action. At night it reminds me of Times Square, New York. Many high end shopping places. You can get anything there with plenty of fine restaurants to dine at. Several subway lines serve the area and Tokyo's main station is within walking distance. See it on a weekday as it doesn't have the same impact on a Sunday when many of the shops are closed.
