The stuffs are very friendly and willing to help. The hotel room is small but has everything you need. Was a great experience! Btw, there are many nice local restaurants around the hotel worthwhile to try.

This hotel was modern, clean and comfortable. The staff understood sufficient English to be able to help. The location is great and within walking distance two 2 subway stations. There are quite a number of restaurants nearby. The only problem I had was that although my room was non-smoking, there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke in the bathroom. The staff came up to investigate a few times and sprayed which helped and by the morning the smell had gone. Free wi-fi is also available.

I was supposed to stayed in another business hotel but was recommend by my colleague to try this newly established hotel. I was told that the hotel room in Japan was small by normal standard, so I keep my expectation within. The room can come with breakfast or not depending on your bookings. The room was clean with basic amenities. Lady guests will be given additional amenities ( eg: hair band, body moisturizer, facial foam, hair clips) and you can get additional amenities at the lobby (eg: shower cap, loofah, bath salt, guy's toiletries). There are 2 metro lines (Hibiya line & Hanzomon line), both lines are convenient to travel to tourist attractions. Breakfast was basic & small buffet spread. However, you will get bored with the food served for 7 days were the same.

I booked this hotel on the basis that it was newly established and therefore should be clean and modern and stayed 4 nights with my mum.

Pros
- The hotel is modern
- There are SOME "help yourself" freebies downstairs which is standard for tokyo eg. bath sponge and hair gel for men, but girls stuff like facewash and moisturiser are provided but rationed by the front desk to one pack per day's stay :(
- Relatively cheaper than other 3 star hotels
- Comfy beds

Cons
- Bloodstains on bedsheets. ON BOTH BEDS. The stains were very obvious and AS BIG AS MY HAND. The staff had cleverly flipped the sheets so that the stains were hidden on the "other" side facing down. I bought this issue up with the reception by showing them a photo of the stains (they don't speak english) AND left a note with housekeeping asking them to change the sheets. They did not change the sheets - instead, they KEPT THE SAME SHEETS despite my handwritten note left on the sheets with arrows pointing to the actual stain. I complained again the following morning after - and that night returned to find they changed one set of sheets and left the other set with the blood stain on. Unbelievable - I have stayed in many hotels the world over and Japan is one of the cleanest countries in general but this is by far the most disgusting service I have ever experienced.
- We put dirty towels in the bathtub and made it clear they needed to be changed. Housekeeping took the towels out of the bathtub and hung them to dry for us without changing them.
- The staff speak NO ENGLISH - they hire one person who can sort of speak it, badly (poor chap had a good go but no avail)
- I asked for them to fax a document - they charged me, but after 4 attempts and countless hours waiting, failed. In the end, I asked if they could scan & email this instead which they did but did not refund the fax charge
- Both subway stations (different lines) are about 10 minutes walk away - be prepared to WALK a few blocks. I went in summer which was a biiiiig mistake, do not do this in 30 degree heat or extreme cold because it is further than it sounds!!! Only one of the stations have an elevator if you have a suitcase - the other is STAIRS only.

Way too many issues. I will definitely stay somewhere more central and on top of a subway station next time I come to Tokyo! (this was my third visit and 4th hotel and this was by far the worst)

Room Tip: Ask for no blood stains on your bedsheets

Stayed at this hotel while in Tokyo. This hotel is OK if you come there after whole day of sightseeing to have a good night sleep. I should tell you that their rooms are super tiny but clean. The bed was comfortable and they provide you with PJ. Breakfast is poor by american standards but it is ok for the starter of the day. The personel is polite and try their best ( not much English but their trying). Location is good : subway station is just around the corner and JR statIon is 10min away.

I booked in advance as rates were on special offer and a good deal. Travelling in from Narita the bus stops at CAT before going on to the Yaesu exit at Tokyo station. Get off at CAT and it's only a short walk to the hotel, the ward maps show it, I went on to Tokyo station which meant going back on myself. The hotels new, clean, staff are welcoming, English is limited but they make up for it as best they can. Rooms are small but you expect that, there are a small amount of facilities there, vending machines on the second floor with a notice to be quiet. The design of the building means sound carries up through it.
There are washing machines and driers on the ground floor plus the usual free supplies of tea and bath salts etc.
With the two nearby subway stations getting around is easy, if you get the Hanzomon line it takes you directly to Tokyo Skytree Tower. Lots of restaurants in the area, diner opposite so you won't go hungry plus convenience stores dotted around, it really is a nice place to stay.

I thought this hotel was very good. Small room but that is to be expected in Tokyo. You may have a problem if you're very overweight. I thought the beds were perfect.

I can't speak to how well they spoke English as my Japanese partner always dealt with them. But you are in Japan and this is hotel is in the Business district so no, their English will not be great.

The only issue I had was that when we asked for a bit of rice (some water was split on my phone on a night out) they said they didn't have any. No rice. In a Japanese hotel. Really??

For us it was a perfectly located hotel and a very good price for a Tokyo hotel. It is near three metro stations on numerous lines(Ningyocho, Kayabacho, Suitengemai). It is also walking distance to Tsukiji fish market (great to go to if jet-lagged). You could also walk to Akihabara if you really wanted. There are free amenities in the lobby and also metro maps in various languages. It might just be easier to take a taxi from Tokyo station (about 10 minutes) when you first arrive. Make sure you have the address in Japanese.

There is a train that should go from Narita to Ningyocho station, which is the nearest station. You should be aware that nearly every station has about 8 exits. The closest exit to the hotel (I think) is the one that says Suitengenmai on it. You may find it easier to get to Tokyo station and then take a taxi when arriving in Japan. It isn't too far from the hotel just be sure to have the hotel's address in Japanese!

Print a map straight from the hotel website. Avoid Bar Ren near the hotel. They charge you about £20 just walking into the place but only tell you when leaving.

Also if you're from the UK, it's unlikely that your phone will work out there.
