I agree with many of the comments already posted but think as it is still a relativly new hotel there a many teething problems.
Hotel is not easy to distinguish from the outside as signage is sparse. Check in was stright forward and staff were plesant if a little uncoordinated. Rooms are very small, double bed wedged against a wall in a room that should only be a single. No kettle but you do get a free coffee in the library bar, only one per room per night, same as only one bottle of water per room per night even though 2 people in room. Guess we should think ourselves lucky we had 2 breakfast vouchers!
Pretty bland hotel, no facilities, no bar, no pool, no anything! Good location for business, close to station, and Ginza line metro. But very expensive!

First time as a tourist in Tokyo. Finding this hotel from Tokyo station was not easy as no proper directions was indicated on the web. Checked in by very unfriendly staff and was also charged about half day rate for an early check-in. I travel a lot and this is the first time it happened to me. New, very clean and very small rooms. Free Wi-Wi, which worked well, was appreciated. Queen size bed, albeit nice, was pushed into a corner, which my wife and I didn’t appreciate as getting in and out of bed was difficult. No tea and/or coffee making facilities in the room. As we are not boiled water drinkers, the kettle served no purpose. What to do with the plastic glasses I also don’t know. ONE 500 mL bottle of water to the room per day! Empty fridge. No view, just a box to sleep in. Checking out tomorrow and are looking forward to that, but not the experience with the sour faces.

Room Tip: Make sure you know exactly how to get to the hotel because the majority of taxi drivers don’t.

Stayed at this hotel for a work trip. The rooms are small but well thought out and much bigger than some of the other hotel in Tokyo! The staff are really nice and helpful.
I will stay here again when I visit Tokyo.

I stayed here for 3 nights in May and I have to say it was a good experience. The location is excellent, as it's a 5 minute walk out the Yaesu exit of Tokyo Station (go out of the main Yaesu exit, take a right and go the end of the station past the bus pick ups. Cross the main road and follow stay straight on the road for two blocks. Can't miss it) The hotel is new so very clean and comfortable with good service. Reception is on the 4th floor, so take the elevator from the main lobby. Rooms are somewhat small, but that's expected. I had a corner room with a queen bed and it was comfortable. If you're in town on business, or just need a central place in the middle of everything this is a great spot. If you need a luxury room and all the amenities that go along with that, this is not the place for you...
