The room is indeed tiny! The bed was extremely hard, it was the hardest bed we have slept on in our four weeks in Japan. The width of the bed in the small double is the size of two pillows. The whole width of the room is four pillows wide with a quarter of the room being taken up by a table. This made moving around and storing luggage hard - if you have suitcases you can store them under the bed.
The room itself was worn and we had sugar all over the table, suggesting it wasn't cleaned as well as it should be. In the room there is a chair and table but you can only sit on them if you climb over the bed. There is a stool under the main table. Other facilities include WiFi in the room, which worked well. There is also the usual hairdryer and toiletries provided.
Located near a subway stop and close to convenience stores but if you want hustle and bustle then this is not a good location. The main attractions are at least 3km away but all easily accessible via the subway. The nearest subway is a 5 minute walk from the hotel.
I knew this was a business hotel with small rooms but feel it was not value for money, with very worn rooms and not in a great location. Book in advance and stay elsewhere.
