Stayed at Hotel Gracery for just one night whilst passing through Tokyo on business. I felt that the hotel was in an excellent location in terms of access to the high-class Ginza shopping precinct, in addition to access to the Shibushi and Tokyo railway stations (the latter providing for the Narita Express Airport train). Good access to a variety of restaurants and bars within a 10 minute walk. The room itself (standard room) was very well appointed BUT quite cramped. I would not really enjoy sharing the room for more than a few nights, but as a single traveller, it was ideal. Good television, heating, and excellent hot shower over a bath. All very clean and well configured. The overall hotel common areas have a modern boutique ambience, but are practical as a working business hotel. Suitable for leisure and corporate. I did not dine at the breakfast room or in-house restaurant. The in-building wi-fi was excellent to the guestrooms and lobby. I will consider staying at this hotel again if returning with my partner for a short stay, but feel the rooms are better suited to a solo guest.

Room Tip: The standard guest rooms are quite small, so if you have lots of luggage or require space to move about, please consider.

My fiance and I spent two days here during an Asia tour. Room was crazy tiny for us Americans, but was clean and served its purpose. Breakfast was really great - both Japanese and American options and very tasty. Service was top notch and location was central.

Room Tip: If you are not used to tiny rooms, splurge for an upgrade.

I stayed for 8 nights in April 2013. The location is fine in Ginza which is the high end shopping district of Tokyo. The view from the room is that of numerous branded billboards.

Ginza is also fairly close to Tokyo station which make it very convenient for exploring Tokyo and other parts of Japan (Shinkansen).

In terms of room, this is one of the smallest room I personally stayed in Japan. It is even hard to open my luggage in this room.

Location is fantastic especially since we were on a 6 day vacation in Tokyo which also was our first time to Japan. It is just 2 min away from the Ginza station. We had a blast using the subway to visit all the key attractions in Tokyo. The Hotel is walking distance to Kabuki Theatre and Fish Market.
The room size is small but functioning well, Japanese standard. There is a humidifier in the room, a kettle to make tea and coffee, which is available also in the lounge (free) in the reception area. There is a built-in cell phone charger by the bed, and all the typical amenities of a 3-4 star hotel. Wi-Fi is free of charge in the room. The breakfast is very good (both continental and Japanese), with the best pastries!
The room is small, but clean and sufficient. There isn't much room if you need to get work done, but for a place to sleep it is fine.
Overall, we loved the hotel. We would definitely stay here again.

Ginza is the ultimate location in Tokyo and this business style hotel is a half block from the world's most famous names in shopping. Yes the room was typical business size small single but with all the essential stuff. Desk, fridge, TV, Free WiFi etc. The breakfast buffet was outstanding though not cheap at 1500Yen.
I began and finished my 5 week trip to Japan right here and for the money I was totally impressed.
If I had a minor complaint it would be that the signage was pretty much invisible from the street and it's a 2nd floor and above operation. Ginza station is a mere 2 blocks away and the very nearby Marriot Courtyard is very convenient for tour or airport departures!
