This is a great hidden gem. Free breakfast and decent sized room. Very close to the Tozai subway line and alot of eateries are around this area. Budget dream. Also, running paved route next to the river is excellent. What more can you ask for.

The place was great for the price I paid. Free breakfast (granted, it was always the same every day), a 5-10 minute walk to the Nishi-Kasai station, and friendly staff were all very nice. The pillows were a little hard for my liking though. Nishi-Kasai is far from the nightlife areas in Tokyo, so if your looking to stay at all night, you will have to pay a large taxi fee to get back to the hotel. Ultimately, it was well worth the money and I enjoyed my stay.

This hotel is a bargain in Tokyo area. In addition to the pricing there are other pros for this hotel.
One of the best features is the house cleaning. The rooms are also big enough for the families traveling with two children. We had in our room two single beds and one twin bed (160 cm). However, the room was really packed due to this. There are also a washing machine (a big plus) and a microwave oven in the room, as well as cooking possibility. The cooking stove we could not use, since there were no pots or pans in the room - and the cooking was impossible without them.
The location is excellent, only couple of minutes walk from the Nishikasai station. The neighborhood around this station and hotel is great. Lots of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. I definitely recommend the pizza place called Domino's, if the kids get tired of Japanese food. It is just a couple of blocks away from the hotel.
For Disney travelers this hotel is an excellent option. From the next subway station (Kasai) one can take a bus to the Disneyland. A bus drive costs only 3 euros/person. Ask for the timetable at the hotel reception - the staff is very helpful.
There are also some cons with this hotel. The free wifi is very slow and I would advice not to use it, since there might be some security issues with it. For the first time ever, the security software warned me at this hotel that someone else was using my laptop at the same time with me. Also, the breakfast... It was included and yes, it was western style - kind of. But. The scrambled eggs were seasoned with sugar or with something else sweet and the only savory food you could find were the sausages. The coffee was ok, as well as the croissants. But I would not call this a western style breakfast, since the serving reminded me of French hotels' breakfasts (=coffee + some white bread). - This problem can be fixed easily by going to the Nishikasai station and to the northern exit. On the other side of the street you can find a cafe called Solare and they have a good breakfast setting every morning until 10 o'clock. The staff at Solare speaks English and you can also buy the breakfast with your credit card - something that is not granted at all the places in the neighborhood.
Despite of the cons I would stay here again. The hotel was ok and the staff was great.

Room Tip: Ask for a room from the top floors (11-14). The views towards the center of Tokyo are nice.

Small hotel with satisfactory daily service and comes with free western style breakfast. Close to train station and plenty of eateries. Convenient location for visit to Disneyland. Room is clean and bed is not too small. The hygiene standard in public areas are sub standard where the management should pay more attention to. Overall recommended for budget travellers.

Hotel is 5 mins walk from Nishikasai Station, hence convenient for subway transport, but needs 15 to 20 mins to get to Tokyo centre. Staff can speaks English, helpful and friendly, always greeting customers going in & out of hotel.

Room is considered spacious in Japan, 21 sq m. Bed is comfortable. There is a TV, ioniser, fridge, sink, oven and washing machine. Breakfast is from 6am to 10am, Western buffet dinner - bread, buns, croissant, yoghurt, sausage, scrambled eggs, potato salad, drinks, coffee & tea. It is the same every morning. This hotel is rather popular with foreigners, the dining hall is always crowded when I was there for 5 mornings. After breakfast hours, there are complimentary iced barley drinks for guests till the evening.

Overall, it is a value for money and pleasant stay in Tokyo.
