We have come this restaurant ever to take part in the one day class for Hand-made Soba. We ate Soba made by ourselves then. We thought that we would like to eat the Soba made by professional at the next time. So,we came.
That was good.
・Tenzaru (Soba served on a bamboo draining basket with dipping sauce and tempura=deep-fried )
・A plate of assorted 3 kind of duck meat
・Coarsely ground Soba (Saturday and Sunday only)
Tempura is delicious. Shrimp, pumpkin, okra, mushrooms etc. High-quality workmanship. Of course the Soba is delicious, too. Thin elastic noodles, not so sweet dipping sauce, spice (sharp taste Japanese radish, leek). My husband loves a viscous Sobagaki with good soup stock. About 3 kind of duck meat, particularly, hatsu (heart) is delicious!
They say " barrier-free Soba-restaurant ". Indeed, there is an elevator (lift). Floor is also flat, there is also a chair seat. However, toilet on the 2F(restaurant) is narrow and small. you can't go inside with a wheelchair. You need to check whether there is an another toilet for wheelchair users.
Please take part in the one day Hand-made soba class or enjoy good Soba!
