Good place to spend time with family and friends.
Apart from the giant gundam robot, the place offers a variety of restaurants in the food court area, shops and my favorite 'the Spotcha' on 7th floor to do all kinds of indoor/outdoor sports, video games and lovely karaoke at a decent price ( specially going on weekdays after 6pm, all you can play )
Right out the diver city, there is the buildings of Fuji TV and eventually thet might host a TV show or something outdoor, cool experience too.
Also in the evening, try to get out the diver city blg. And walk towars the sea, where a small replica of the statue of liberty is located. The view of Tokyo and the Big bridge is amazing!

Shopping centre is ok, has all the usual shops, a good food court and a few gift/souvenir shops. The main point of interest is the huge 1:1 Gundam front statue. I had never seen or heard of the show before, but my friends had so they were quite interested in it. It was still cool to see even having no experience with it before. They also have a Gundam store and Gundam cafe with all action figures and merchandise and even some small cakes etc in the shape of the robots.
We returned later in the evening, at 7:30 for the 'show'. Its all in Japanese, understandably. There is a few lights on the robot, the head moves and some smoke comes out. Meanwhile a cartoon is projected on the wall behind, and soundtrack etc.
The only things I bought here was a krispy kreme doughnut earlier in the day, then had some ramen for dinner after then show, from one of the places in the food court.

They have stores for women larger than a size 6. There is a large shoe store, great eateries (including a Krispy Kreme) and not to mention the enormous Gundam outside.

Visit the mall for dinner in June 20, 2013. New mall opening 2012.
There is a food curt at 2 nd Fl which is on the same floor with access to Full size Gundam (Festival Plaza). Also Krispy Kreme Donuts and Auntie Annie Pretzel. The food court had free water to drink. Tonkotsu Ramen is worth to try. Starbucks Coffee is in front of Old Navy store. Hello Kitty store also available.
There is ZEPP Concert Hall at the same floor. Also access to Daiba St.
Also kids restaurant available.
3-5 rd Floor occupied by major clothing brands such as Uniqlo, H&M, American Outfitters etc.
6 th Floor : Maidreamin Cafe, McD, Yoshinoya and several bigger restaurant serving buffet and other such as Thai's.

Diver City is very recommended for family shopping, from stores for kids, teens, young adults, adults and for seniors. Variety of shops from accessories, clothings, shoes, beauty, specialty stores and branded products. What makes Diver City fun and unique is the huge huge Gundam model, dream come true for my children! Parents can enjoy shopping while the kids can have fun at the same time at the Gundam store. Truly fascinating!
