Room was already bigger than most hotels in Tokyo at this price. It is really a no-frills hotel with minimal service to speak of so don’t expect too much. We stayed 3 nights and they don’t make your room for stays less than a certain number of nights. They did change the towels everyday though, thankfully. Depending on where your room is, you can even get a view of the Tokyo Tower from the balcony. We did! The location though, is the biggest advantage of this hotel. There are 2 good cafes right downstairs. The hotel is a 3min walk from Yutenji station. I love the Yutenji neighborhood, away from the main areas but yet close enough to get to them. Also there’s a supermarket right at the station open til 1am everyday. Lots of good restaurants in the area too!

A Japanese friend found this short stay apartment for me and my daughter and we were very pleased with it. It's away from the hustle and bustle life of Shibuya yet it's so closed with the city which it takes about 5-6 minutes on train ride. The train station is within walking distant and it is located in a very quiet neighborhood. Outside the train station is a good-sized supermarket which you can get everything you need. We enjoyed the quietness of the neighborhood and we can see and experience the daily life of the locals. There are shops, restaurants, and anything you can ask for. The service apartment has everything in the room, from a tiny kitchen to washing machine with dryer , a fridge and etc. The room is clean and staff are polite, Very good coffee is served in the lobby and we always had a cupcake daily. It's a very pleasant apartment which we truly enjoyed our stay there.

This is a good practical choice for a pricey hotel city. Room and bedding not luxurious but comfortable and clean. Front desk minimal help due to minimal english. Nice quiet neighborhood close to Yutengi station, 5 min. walk. Variety of restaurants, cafes close by. Good comp. coffee machine in small lobby.
A decent choice for Tokyo if you prefer to not be in the very busy centers.

This is not a typical full-service hotel. It is more akin to an apartment, located in a fantastic, charming, quiet location in the heart of central Tokyo, a few stops from Shibuya and Meguro. The room had a washer/dryer which is very convenient for long stays. There is a dry cleaners down the street on the way to the station. There is a grocery store adjacent to the station where you can buy food to cook in your room if you so please. There is a quaint street with charming local eateries and all of the convenience of being in the big city with a slightly suburban feel to it.

We had a long stay at this place 15 days. Along with us there were 5 Indian also in the same hotel. They serve basic breakfast in the morning and have vending machines for drinks and snacks. They clean room once a week and room fridge, washing cum dryer, heat plate and cooking utensils. I loved heating base in toilet seat.

Recommended for people who are willing to cook and wash during their stay. It is been quite time since we stayed there.

This place is very central middle of Akihabara (electronic market) and main Tokyo station.
