We had a dinner here on a Monday night. It was not crowded. The prices were very reasonable. It is a simple tapas restaurant. There was ample outside seating. The service was friendly. The paella was very good, but took a long time to prepare. It was served in single servings for 800 yen. The bbq rib sausage was not our favorite...too mushy. The B a good choice if you are staying nearby, but it is not a culinary destination. I would recommend it for a lunch, nibble or drink. Not for a dedicated dinner.
