There's not much Greek food in Tokyo but we found THE spot!
The service is very efficient, with the owner (Sypro himself, I think) himself often coming by to refill a glass or bring a dish. But the atmosphere is not stuffy in the least since the place is very homey, with nice large-plank wood and ceramic floors and a sunny Mediterranean feel.
And the food? Just lovely authentic homestyle great quality Greek. Menu offers great variety, including scrumptious desserts (the homemade Greek yogurt is a must). There are various daily specials too. If you see the vegetable moussaka on the board, order it, it's fabulous.
Portions are not huge but many Greek dishes are heavy-ish so it's easy to find yourselves over-eating as we did on a recent visit. Wash it down with Greek wine or another, the selection's quite decent.
Best to make a reservation, it's a happening spot (particularly on the weekends).
