Azuminoan is only the second place we've dined at in Japan let alone Tokyo so I don't pretend to be an expert on Japanese cuisine; the food was good and we certainly had no complaints about the food and service. Value for money was much better than the place we dined at in Ginza the night before. The big pluses for us were (i) an English menu and (ii) a very nice bottle of local Japanese wine (as in wine made from grapes not sake).
