This hotel is located pretty close to 2 different metro stops - Aoyama Itchome and Nogizaka Station. It is walking distance to the Roppongi area. We stayed in a two bed room and had an extra bed put in. The room is a little tight but that is to be expected in Japan. The bathroom is small too but they have a built in rack for shampoo, conditioner and soap so you don't have to buy them if you forget to bring them. The room also had a mini fridge. Everything is clean so there's no complaint there.

At the check in area, there are bottled water and toiletries for free. The toiletries include toothbrushes, comb, shaver, shower caps, cotton pads and hair ties. What they provided was more than I expected. The breakfast area is in the first floor not far from the lobby. The breakfast buffet was excellent with japanese and western style breakfasts. They have a great coffee/cappuccino machine too.

There are coin laundry facilities in floors 3, 4 and 5. The staff was great. When we first checked in there was a question about whether the extra bed was paid for but that was cleared up quickly. It is not a very big hotel so I would suggest that you take a hotel business card when you go out in case you need to find your way back. Also, if you have large suitcases, try to book a larger room.

Very nice hotel - rooms and public areas where all very clean, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the location was very convenient - just 5 min walk to the metro/ subway (it is only approx. 10-15 mins from Toyko station).
Rooms came with a mini fridge which was great, there was free bottled water 24 hours a day and breakfast was decent - mixture of traditional and western.
One negative is that there was no wifi in the hotel rooms, however the connection in the lobby was very secure (good enough for Skype chats!)
Overall, definitely recommended!

I really appreciate japanese hotels high standard of cleaness. Staff welcoming and helpful, very professional. Good location with a subway station nearby, clean room and bathroom with fresh yukata every day, very good breakfast (japanese and continental style).
Free wifi in the lobby only. Recommended.

OK hotel with short walking distance to the Metro.
We had breakfast included. Free bottled water all day.
Clean and tidy.

We had a pleasant stay and can recommend this hotel.
We don't use much time in hotelrooms, but this hotel had what we expected.

Average pretty much sums up the hotel, but it's good value for the price. Average size rooms with very small bathroom, nice and clean.
No in-room wifi was annoying. If you stay, don't bother going to the breakfast, as that was definitely the worst part of the stay. Even if it's included in the price avoid it - I'd rather pay to have edible food.
On the plus side, the staff we're excellent - very friendly and helpful and made the stay enjoyable.

A very satisfying stay. Location is close to everything. Room was clean. Buffet breakfast was excellent, with lots of choices. Staff was very friendly and helpful and speak good english. Over all, would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a good place to stay but would still like to stay within their budget range.
