Beautiful hotel, great amenities, service and location.
I recently stayed at the Grand Hyatt Tokyo for 4 nights for business. The location was perfect for me since it was near my office as well as close to the subway (so easy to navigate, clean and fast transportation!) There are lots of shops and restaurants around so it was a great place to walk around when I had some free time.
The rooms are very nice, and I loved the gym and especially the pool. I never tried the restaurants and was a bit disappointed that breakfast wasn't included.
Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The first day when I wasn't sure how to find my office, one of the employees led me through the maze of hallways that connects to the mall next door to make sure I knew where I was going. Not knowing any Japanese and traveling on my own, it was especially nice to know that the hotel was taking care of me.
Only downside, the hotel is quite expensive, even for Tokyo!More
