We stayed at the nearby Capitol hotel (fantastic) and they provided a list of nearby restaurants. Our chef, Mr Ohyoma entertained us with his skills and stories, he also expanded his vocabulary with his electronic translator.
Decisions. ........ do we have the Wagyo from Japan or Australia (export grade from home)? After much deliberation Mr Ohyoma showed the butchers offering, detailing the marbling with an explanation of the grading.
