As Aussies we were looking for a bar with atmosphere close to where we were staying (Interncontinental - Tokyo Bay) - as the hotel did not have one. We chanced upon Bally's close to Hamamatsucho Train Station as we spied the sign outside that said "Pub". Its what we would term an American bar with a little 40 seater restaurant - serving Tapas as well as Italian food (??).
The two guys behind the bar - the "Boss" and "Bartender" work very well together to create a hospitable atmosphere along with nice cold beers and fabulous cocktails carefully created. We went back a 2nd night. Can recommend - and we are fussy!
