The Hotel is located to less than 5 min from the Kamata JR station. Around the station one can find supermarkets, restaurants, etc. They provide slippers, bathcoats, hair and teeth brush. Our room was double bed, rather small, but had flat TV, AC, air ioniser, water cooker, fridge, microwave and a set for two persons of dishes and cutlery. Every day they provided coffee and tee (to be prepared in the room),fresh towels and Bath coats. They call the hotel a multi purpose hotel. So you can rent rooms for staying or "resting". Resting means 3 hours renting. So...
In any case the hotel was good, clean, safe, staff was polite and ready to help. check-out was at 11 am. If you are looking for a fair, budget friendly and clean hotel to sleep after your city tour, I will recommend this hotel. Last thing the hotel is kind of near to Haneda airport.

The first thing that immediately annoyed my boyfriend and I about the place was the ridiculous check in policy. They start "regular" check in at 7pm (19:00) which is extremely odd considering the typical policy of hostels accommodating when guests arrive. They offered to have us check in "early" (which was at about 2pm when we arrived) but charged us $20 for doing so. A little strange that our room was ready to go and yet they would have us wait until 7pm...one of the dumbest and most inconvenient policies ever. The room itself was OK size-wise if you are familiar with Japanese style hostels. The double bed is HORRIFICALLY uncomfortable, but the TV is a nice size and they have a water heater for tea, a fridge, and a microwave. Another thing, neither me or my boyfriend care for smoke and requested a room free of smoking but walked into a room that reeked of smoke anyway. Go figure. The room comes with a functioning aircon which was pleasant. The hostel is very very near Kamata station which is awesome, and the surrounding area seems fun to explore. The staff kindly hold on to your key when you leave the hostel, which is neat because then you don't have to worry about losing it. My Japanese is fine so I didn't need to worry anyway, but there is a nice woman with excellent English at reception for those who don't speak the language. All in all, puzzling policies and a slightly worn smelly room were slightly offset by the awesome location and decent accommodations. They just need new mattresses and check in times that aren't insane

The hotel was in an okay location, not very much around the hotel however it was very close to a train station leading to all major areas of Tokyo. The hotel itself was quite average - the rooms are quite small, only offered a double bed rather than the requested 2 single beds and smelt like smoke despite being a non-smoking room. Wifi was good, staff were friendly and overall it was okay.
