“Super Fun. Great Gyoza. ”

This place serves one thing: Gyoza, fried or boiled. Quality is excellent. Atmosphere was fun. Really good value too at 300 yen for 6 Gyoza.

“Good value for dinner”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 6 April 2014 via mobile

A bit hard to locate since it is in an alleyway off off the main shopping street. Look for the Kafir Lime restaurant nearby. We waited in line for 30 min on Sunday night. Place is small but service is fast. You are expected to order once you are seated. Menu is limited, 180Y for appetizers and 290Y for 6 dumplings. We tried both steamed and fried as well as original and with chives. The two of us ate 18 dumplings plus one bowl of rice and broth. Dumplings were tasty but nothing special. In a city of expensive food, this place is a great value and no wonder there is always a line of locals.

“Fun and tasty, always a must”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 6 April 2014

We go to eat here every time we are in Tokyo, we love the atmosphere and the food.
The restaurant is laid out in a semicircle around the sunken kitchen, where they cook gyoza (dumplings) in various forms. Just the place to hang out, have a beer and a good feed, either as a quick bar meal, or with friends in one of the booths.
The cooking of the gyoza is a real show, which means this restaurant provides entertainment as well as good food and good value.
No reservations are taken, and there is usually a queue, but the wait is never very long, and it is definitely worthwhile.
Tucked away in a little back street in Shibuya, it can be a little difficult to find, but worth it when you do.

“Amazing dumplings!”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 1 April 2014 via mobile

Went there a Tuesday at 7pm, around 15 people ahead of us in queue but we had only to wait 20 minutes. Really friendly welcome, tasty dumplings to a price they easily could double. Stir fried with garlic were the best, 2x6 dumplings per person is recommended

“Delicious and Affordable”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 30 March 2014

Wanted to visit after reading the reviews, and was not disappointed! Felt great on a cold day to have some warm fried goyza and hot sake for lunch. Had to walk around a bit to find the place, but it was worth it. Even managed to get in before a line formed outside. The restaurant was packed with a mix of locals and tourists, and the food value was great. Would definitely recommend!
