My friend and I stayed in this hotel for about a week, with two annexe single rooms. The rooms were comfortable and cozy, small by Western standards, but fine for central Tokyo. While the rooms are starting to show a little bit of age, they are still fine and worth their price. The staff were helpful and friendly.
The hotel is just minutes walk from the hustle and bustle of Shibuya and its station. However, being south of the action places it in a quieter neighborhood. As far as I'm concerned, this makes it a perfect place from which to explore Shibuya and Tokyo.
The only issue I had with this hotel was the breakfast, which was limited in range and size. However, the deal I booked gave me breakfast for free so I'm not going to complain too much! It's fine to get you going for a day of sightseeing.
Overall, a perfectly located, nice hotel.More
