Citadines Central Shinjuku Tokyo

5 min walk from the train station albeit it the middle of the red light district (which in itself a novelty for about 5 min until you quickly get an absolute gutfull of the Nigerian guys harassing you to buy 'services'). Room was of excellent quality (cozy not small) and no problems with noise. Buffet breakfast was decent. CNN is the only English channel.

The hotel is nearby JR Shinjuku and department store that make us very convenient. The room is small but functional. There is a shop below the hotel which mean you can find a food or drink even an umbrella. A location of this hotel is a strong point and recommend to everyone that come to Tokyo that this hotel is a good choice and good valuable.

As for us, it was the best deal we could have made: Top Hotel, everything very new and clean, good standard and nice furniture, big room and bath (for Tokyo standards) - and not expensive at all! Staff is very friendly and helped us with anything we approached them for. Breakfast is ok, more suitable for Asians, but we could get along. Location is very central, Shinjuku or Shinjuku Sanchome metro station - yet rooms very quiet. Nice bar streets behind the hotel... We were happy with This hotel

Although the rooms in this hotel are quite small, they are very luxe for the price you pay. The breakfast is very satisfying and the location is perfect. Right in the middle of Shinjuku and only minutes walk to the main JR Shinjuku train station, it really was our favourite hotel! It's also great for travellers as theres a 7-11 next door which is one of the only places that have an atm that accepts foreign cards.

The only thing I will say about this hotel is that its hard to find at 9pm at night when you've just gotten off a 9 hour flight!

Everything is very close which is great as you can just walk to go shopping. The trains are near by too. The hotel has all the essentials, even a shoe horn hooray. The only thing was we left our brand new travel pillows in our hotel before we left and when we contacted them they said they didn't find anything. When we checked out the service consultant just took our pass and said yes tats fine, he should of had someone check the room before we left. Other than that the hotel was great.

We stayed there for 4 nights during our first visit to Tokyo. As expected the room was quite crammed but still have some good storage spaces for your clothing items. We loved the location as it's close to shopping, drinking, eating attractions and also Shinjuku JR station. Vending and ice machines on each floor were also a great idea. The free breakfast (buffet style) was more than adequate. The only minor issue we had during our stay was that the cleaning lady did not remove our garbage bags we placed next to the already full garbage bin after housekeeping. Overall, this is a great value hotel. They went for an extra mile to make your money worth it, for example, if you skip to have the free breakfast, you can exchange the coupon and use it as a 1000 yen credit towards your lunch at the hotel restaurant, and if you do not want your room to be made up the next day (provided that you stay more than a night), you will get 500 yen voucher in return and you can spend it at their souvenir shop, it is a very good incentive to save on the resources (unnecessary refill on the amenities, and washing of towels and sheets). The red light district did not botehr us at all, people (touting guys) were still polite if you say no to them.

Room Tip: Ask for a higher floor for a quieter night sleep.

Hotel located in the central of shinjuku, around 10 mins walking distances to from station, and only 5 mins walking distance from metro station. Also they do provide a lot personal caring product, like cleaning foam, facial lotion, etc. The room is big enough to put large suitcases together.

It was really a great stay, certainly will stay again when I travel to Tokyo.
