The food is good at a reasonable price; when you get served.
This sums up all of my experience here during my stay at the Park Hyatt. Two weeks in Tokyo and service here was always less than satisfactory. Great atmosphere and location.
Some things that annoyed me included:
Regardless of being nearly empty, as a single person, always got the back restaurant seating. Place was near empty on arrival and remained empty during my meal. The host would always refuse to locate me in a window or closer seat. Breakfast, lunch or dinner.
The servers were very difficult to place your order with. Most servers were not understandable even by my Japanese tour guide.
Food and beverage orders were routinely incorrect.
For this caliber restaurant, the service was much less than expected.
