What we first noticed about the place was that it was filled with 20-somethings, all local Japanese folks, so the atmosphere was a little more lively than the average restaurant in Tokyo. That made for a fun experience for us. As with most restaurants in Japan, it's a little hard to find, but the signs outside the elevator should guide you there pretty well. The food was great, inexpensive but solid, and the staff was excellent. You don't need to know any Japanese to make your way through the menu and have a good time. Highly recommended!
