I stayed there for a week while attending classes at Waseda University - therefore the Hotel has a very convenient location. If you plan on doing a lot of sightseeing it might be a little of track, although there is a shuttle between the Hotel and the next major Metro Station (it runs not too late though and Taxis are rather expensive in Tokyo as is everything else).
Room cleaning was excellent, they gave you plenty of fresh towels and amenities. Also the laundry service was perfect - you left the bag in the morning, called them and the shirts came fresh cleaned and ironed when I came back in the afternoon.
Hotel has a gym and a pool but you have to pay an additional fee for that.
Breakfast is nothing special but ok. Service at the breakfast was very slow, it lasted an eternity to get bread.
WIFI was on the room and did work quite well. Bed was good, room was spacious and very clean.More
