Only stayed one night at the end of the trip. The views were beautiful from the room and restaurant. The food was also very good and the room luxurious. I wish we could have stayed longer. The only thing I didn't like was the bus to the airport. It was a long slow ride but I guess that couldn't be helped.

We stayed at Park Hyatt Tokyo for only 3 days. It was definitely not enough as we were throughly pampered. We have stayed in similar classed (and priced) hotels and none of them came close in terms of the service, the attention to details. The staff's attentiveness really impressed us. Just one simple example - we returned to our room after the first time housekeeping was done. Two travel adaptors were placed on the table for us. The housekeeper must have seen the multiple chargers with only one travel adaptor on the table. I am not sure whether this was the direction given by the management, or whether this was the initiative taken by the housekeeping staff themselves. Kudos to all involved.

We will definitely return to this hotel when we return to Tokyo. Wished we could have stayed longer.

P.S. The burger at New York Bar was the best we ever had. Do try, and be impressed!

My wife decided to go on a 2-month honeymoon to Asia and Tokyo was the first stop. I had an opportunity to cash in two nights from a card loyalty program and decided to cash it in for the first two nights. The reasoning was 1. let's spoil ourselves and 2. we're huge fans of "Lost in Translation" and this is the hotel that features prominently in the film.

What a treat! Because we mentioned that we were on a honeymoon, we got a free upgrade to a junior suite (a $2000 room) and a bottle of champagne. We were welcomed at the reception by a concierge with a bouqet of flowers, who after and in-room check-in took a souvenir photo for us (though we didn't look our freshest after nearly 18 hours of travel) and delivered it personally to our room couple hours later.

The room and the bed were HUGE. The bathroom, outside of the standard, 7297-function toilet (what the heck is a "gentle interior rear massage"???) had a several-person shower cabin as well as a large jacuzzi. The staff was incredibly helpful during our entire stay, with everything from money exchange, maps, extra cleaning, special requests and anything else we desired. Top notch service, of course to be expected in a 5-star hotel, with a super polite Japanese twist.

If you've got the dough try it. It's gonna make the moments extra special.

This place is great. We ended up staying here after 1.5 weeks in SE Asia. Prior to the visit, I emailed the concierge for help with reservations and hard to obtain alcohol in the US. Email replies were always prompt, friendly and helpful.

The location is quiet, and being a bit tired from all the walking, we took a cab to most of our destinations. Oh, we ended up taking the Limousine Bus service to the hotel. It was perfect. Upon exiting Narita, you buy a round trip bus ticket. The staff at the LB is helpful and they load the bags into the bus, and you chill for the 1hr 45 min to the hotel's front door.

The staff at the hotel was perfect. Always, smiling, helpful, polite. I guess that was my overall impression with our time in Tokyo. The hotel is clean, and the views are unparalleled. Although the styling isn't my taste, the overall feel is awesome. Running on a treadmill while looking out at Mt. Fuji makes the sweat and air sucking a little easier.

Rooms are clean, well appointed and housekeeping is excellent. My only complaint would be a few more English (American) TV channels. We had dinner at the NY Grill and service was good with amazing views. In a town with such awesome food, not sure I'd suggest eating here unless you were a hotel guest.

I'd like to return to Japan at some point, and will definitely stay here.

We have just had 3 great days staying at the Hyatt on the Club Floor to recover from a long trip with family.

It was every thing you would expect.

The food and service on the club floor was superb.

A slight glitch booking rail tickets was quickly overcome

Luxury and efficiency of the highest order

The hotel is amazing and the service faultless- I can't say any more. The gym and the pool are particularly worth checking out if you're staying.
If you can't afford a stay at least check out the New York Bar... Incredible views and a lovely wine menu.
And all this from someone who's not good with heights!!!
