Very close to Shinjuku Train station, clean hotel and their breakfast special is a great buy. When traveling to Japan you don't need to take sleep wear, toiletries, hairbrush. Every hotel provides it all.

Not very cosy but excellent location. Although we asked for a non-smoking room it clearly smelled of smoke. If you're not so fuzzy about things like that it was ok for the price we paid. Bathroom was quite cute though. Everything looked like it was melted together in the same color. Bathtub small but deep which was a fun experience for me who like take baths! :)

Stayed here on my last night. The hotel had friendly staff although the hotel needs updating. The room is very basic and had a spartan feel. It was fine for one night and I had a good night's sleep. I can't complain about the price. There is a subway entrance right across the street, so easy to get to places.

We stayed at the Hotel Sunlite for two nights. It is located in Tokyo's red-light district, but I never felt unsafe or like I was in a 'bad' area.

The hotel rooms are very small, but fine for a couple of days. If you're on a budget and need somewhere to sleep, shower and chill out - this is a good place to stay.

My husband and I had to squeeze onto the bed, which is about the size of a double, but it wasn't uncomfortable at all! We slept just fine. The shower/toilet area is very small but fine too. The television doesn't get English channels, but you get free wifi so it all evens out.

The only real downside is the walls are very thin and we listened to a young couple have a huge fight about how he never does what she wants to do and "Tomorrow is MY day, Tom. We are doing what I WANT TO DO". It was very entertaining.

Don't book this hotel expecting luxury, it's a basic hotel at an affordable price and will suit you just fine if you go into it with that expectation.

Golden Gai, Robot Restaurant and the shopping and sights of Shinjuku are close walking distance. There some great food options up the road (near the starbucks) and it's easy to catch the train to everywhere else you need to go.

Staff are friendly, helpful and let us check in an hour early (after I slept off some of my jet-lag on the hotel lobby lounge chair).

Room Tip: We requested a room on a higher floor to ensure we got a little bit of a view out the window, it mad...

We came to this hotel from Shinjuku station, and it took us ages to find it. Asked few people on the street but unfortunately they couldn't speak english. After a long walk (and got lost), finally we arrived at this hotel. Our room was ok. Clean but bit small. The bathroom was clean and also small. It took few mins walk to the nearest station, but about 20mins walk to Shinjuku station (main station). The only thing I liked here was the breakfast. Its small selection, but its good quality home cooked food. For the price I think its a bit expensive

Depends on the location, the price is great. The receptionists are nice, but we are disappointed about the cleanliness of rooms even though we already changed 2 rooms. If you're just looking for a cheap place to sleep couple nights, consider this hotel, don't expect too much.

Probably the most normal-looking stay I had in a few months.
Room and toilet are pretty small. It started to feel crowded for only 2 people.
The place is far from trains but partner says it's a pretty good location already.
