Hotel is one stop from Shinjuku station which costs 174 yen single trip - expensive. Subway does take you to Shibuya and Harajuku and costs about 160 yen. Not central location as expected. The rooms were not very clean - stains on the yukatas they provide and dusty. Better hotels in better locations for same price in central Shinjuku. Staff were helpful and but they spoke little to zero English. Also do not book the massage service! It's overpriced (6000 yen for 1 hour) and a lady in her mid forties came to our room and massaged us on our bed! It was not relaxing at all and she wasn't very good. There are cheaper and better massage places in Tokyo.

I knew this hotel had good reviews but a lot mentioned how small the rooms are and that they are nothing special and they are right they are small but the fact that I was prepared for that it didn't bother me and we were only there to sleep. We had breakfast at the royal host restaurant and it was delicious and reasonably priced. We also loved the short 15 step walk to the train station. Yep 15 step!
I highly recommend this hotel!

-the hotel is right next to Higashi Shinjuku Stn entrance. On our last two days, we spent most time in Shinjuku, both shopping and eating, and it was so convenient that we even went back the hotel to take showers and naps. The Station entrance has elevator, great for visitors with large luggage.
-Close to Shinjuku, nearby Korean street and Donkihote shop, good for spending the night. 24 hour restaurants or walk to Shinjuku to have Ichiran ramen for night snack.
-Clean room, nice bed. With Wi-fi.
-Good staff service.

Downside:
-The room is very small for two people...

Room Tip: -The room is very small for two people, make sure it is acceptable before booking.

I have been 7 days with my 80 years old mother in April/14 - just to enjoy cherry blossoms , visiting Imperial Palace, Tokyo Tower , Kamakura and some good friends.
The location of this hotel is perfect, near Shinjuku station, but far enough from noise.
We have reserved a Ladies Floor and it was wonderfull! Good breakfast and you can have a good dinner at their restaurant. Get in from Narita and go back to is quite easy , because you can use Limosine Bus ( if you have luggages , using limosine bus from / to Narita is the best option). Prices is cheap, room is absolutly clean, all staff speak a good English. I really recommend.

Room Tip: Ladies Floor at 12 F is wonderfull.

This hotel is beside a subway station which makes it convenient. There is free wifi in the room and the room and hotel is very clean. The staff is very helpful even let me borrow an umbrella! The only thing I didn't like was the pillows they need to get new ones. But worth the price!
