Extremely happy with this apartment hotel and would definitely stay again. Staff are so helpful. Room was large with excellent facilities. Location is amazing right next to Sensoji shrine and near to subway and interesting range of shops. Bed comfortable, shower only but great size.

We just returned from a 17-day stay in Tokyo, and stayed the entire time in B:Conte. We must say that the experience at this new hotel was thoroughly enjoyable and we will be staying there again. We took the smallest room type, Studio A, and found it worked fine. The room has a small, but well-equipped kitchen, a washer/dryer, a largish desk, decent sized-TV, free wireless, and a very large closet (unusual for a Japanese hotel). The double bed was nicely done up, and we had no trouble with the size (although larger people may want to look into the more expensive rooms with larger beds). The kitchen was fully furnished and saved us money on breakfasts (the restaurants in Asakusa are plentiful in number and selection and I can't imagine wanting to cook for yourself for lunch or dinner while in Asakusa). The microwave and range are somewhat complicated but there is a thorough instruction sheet in English for both. We found the staff to be unfailingly pleasant and helpful, and English-speaking.
As for the location, the hotel is located immediately west of Sensoji, about a 10 minute walk to the Ginza and Toei Asakusa stations, and 1 minute from the Tsukuba Express station (which is only two stations away from Akihabara). There is a Seiyu supermarket in the basement of the Rox building, which is one block away, so make good use of the kitchen! Also, the hotel is only 300 meters away from Kappabashi, the restaurant goods/equipment wholesale street and you would be crazy to stay in Asakusa and miss this treat.
All in all, we loved the location, the hotel, and the stay.

I stayed in B.Conte Asakusa on mid Feb 2013 and only 1 night. From Narita Airport to Asakusa, just take the Narita Sky Access Line Rail at Yen1240 to Asakusa station (last stop & about 50min). It is actually a bit difficult to locate the hotel from station if you are the first time in Tokyo but once you know the way, it is just 10 mins walk from the Narita Sky Access Line or Ginza subway (about 10 min because it is still winter in Feb and super cold). There are a lot of souvenir shops around and Sensoji Temple is also just 5-10 mins walk. The hotel lobby is very modem and security is very tight which you need to use the access card to get into the hotel after 12am. Front desk speak quite good English and very friendly. I booked a Studio A Type - Double Bed non-smoking room and there are a very big washing machine, microwave, fridge and stoves all in the room. As the weather is very cold and it is so lucky that room temperature just nice and the toilet come with seat heater. Double bed not too small and it is very comfortable. The hotel breakfast is served at the café just beside the hotel, a few choices but very nice and tasty.

I have a great stay in B.Conte Asakusa and will definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip to Tokyo.

Room Tip: Studio A type - Double Bed is very nice for couple stay.

Last reviewed this fully serviced apartment hotel in June 2012 after our last visit to Japan.Centrally located in Tokyo's Asakusa preccint, amid more restaurants than you are likley to visit in a lifetime, we use B: Conte as our base when staying in Tokyo. This apartment complex is still virtually new and has everything you need for a short or extended stay, incl. washer-dryer, kitchenette with refrigerator, iron, free WiFi and an iPod dock. Rooms are spacious by Tokyo standards. Despite being located so centrally, it is remarkably quiet. We stayed on the 7th (top) floor this time and couldn't hear a thing outside. Excellent value for money.

We stayed 15 days all together with a couple of days being away in the middle. We left our suitcase and a box without any charge and it was put inside the room when we returned from the short trip. The room was really modern and pleasant with bland new equipment. We chose 160cm bed at a reasonable price, therefore we didn't have a view from the window. Wi-Fi was available without any problems, but my mobile had a connection trouble, maybe because of that room. Very convenient to everywhere. Highly recommended to everyone who is visiting Tokyo.

We had 2 rooms as a family of 4 (703 & 603) for 7 nights. It is a perfect option for a family as the hotel is small, so even if you are on separate floors, as we were, you're not too far away (there are only 7 floors). Also, the rooms have a fridge, cooktop & microwave as well as a washer/dryer combined. This means if you don't feel like going out to one of the many nearby eateries, you can purchase a very good quality pre prepared meal from the nearby 7eleven or Rox stores and reheat them in the room. It also means you can purchase Milk, cereal, bread, butter, jam etc for an easy breakfast.

Our suites were well designed with lounge room, kitchenette, separate loo, bathroom that is Japanese & Western style with an excellent shower, and bedroom with a good amount of storage.
There is a tv in the lounge room as well as bedroom, wifi is free & fast, and there is also an iPod dock. Heating was efficient & plentiful. Beds are firm but comfortable and have real doonas/duvets/quilts.

The front desk is staffed from 7am - 9pm and the staff are extremely helpful & efficient with quite good English.

The surrounding area is like 'old Tokyo' compared with the more modern areas around central Tokyo, but that makes it charming. It is a stone's throw from Sensoji Temple. The Ginza line subway is 5-10 mins walk away. Asakusa is the last stop on this line, so you're likely to get a seat each way - a blessing for tired feet!

Highly recommended!

It was a really nice hotel, the receptionists were really nice with me at all times and very understanding when I had trouble with something even with my airplane reservation, many students stayed there for a summer program and we were all happy with the place. It has a nice enviroment, very clean, and modern. The only problem was they don't have wifi connection which was very odd to me. But apart from that the B: Conte is a great hotel and I am considering to stay there again in another trip to Tokyo, is a very calm and peaceful place and it's wonderful to live next to the Sensoji Temple.
