Stayed here for three nights in total, staff were friendly and helpful, great location with plenty to see and do in Asakusa, we could see the Tokyo skytree from our window, the breakfast buffet was ok, the room was clean and modern.

Don't expect the Ritz experience and you'll be pretty satisfied.

Only feel convenient if your trip only go to the temple.
Far away from subway station.
The room is so small that I think it unqualified to be defined semi double room! One person only feel it being small also!
Very bad air conditioning! We stayed there in Nov. but the heat in room cannot be controlled that the room is like a sauna room! The window cannot be opened! We have asked help because we unable to sleep actually! Very dry and hot that my friend had to stay in the small lobby whole night!
And, no wifi and cable on line in room!

We stayed here in November and we're pleasantly surprised by the great location (Senso-Ji Temple is about a two minute walk away!). We were greeted by the very polite hotel staff and shown to our room. Yes the rooms here are small but we expected that for Japan. That said the rooms are incredibly clean and have everything you need including slippers, dressing gowns and green tea for the morning! The hotel is really handy for the metro line and there are some lovely places to eat in the surrounding areas. I would recommend Hoppy Street!

My wife and I stayed here for a couple of nights after booking through hotwire. Out was about 70usd for both of us but we got one of those semi double beds which was a little small. The room is small also. Nice and quiet and in cool party of town.

Convenient and value for money place to stay. Booked 5 nights in a non-smoking room via laterooms.com.au and got a great rate (about AUD$60/night). On arrival was given a smoking room as there were no more non-smoking rooms but it wasn't that bad as the ventilation seemed adequate. Size was pretty good considering this is Japan!

Not too far from Asakusa Station, about 7 mins stroll (on the very convenient Ginza line) with many inexpensive restaurants and convenience stores to buy snacks/breakfast. Of course very close to Senso-ji Temple and I had a good view of the Skytree from my room. Pretty quiet in Asakusa at night but thats fine after exploring busy Tokyo the whole day! Staff were great with decent English. Had breakfast once, 1050 Yen - okay with real coffee at least!!

Note: no wifi in rooms but via lan (didn't try the wifi in the small lobby) and also no in room safe.

The Hotel is conveniently located in Asakusa just around the corner of the Senso-ji temple which we could see from our room. Shops and restaurants are close as is the underground station of Asakusa. The service is friendly and the breakfast was good and well organised. Much to our surprise we had slight problems with english as only few of the staff seem to speak english. During our time in Japan we found that is a whitesprea situation in Japan, not only in Hotels but also in shops and restaurants. However we could always manage this due to the friendlyness of the japanese people.
Or room was nice and clean not as small as we expected for Japan.

I have now stayed three times in this hotel and twice in other Tokyo "Business Hotels", in the sense of mid-range hotels with reasonable facilities.I would recommend it is a good place to stay on three grounds.

Firstly, it is very well located in the Asakusa district right next to the extensive grounds of the Sensoji temple which create a calm oasis and near to many good restaurants. Secondly, it is in a good location for transport: the Skyliner fast train from Narita airport to Ueno station is nearby (and much cheaper than the Narita Express and about as fast) and it is close to several subway lines. Thirdly, although they do vary, the rooms are of a good size, the staff are generally helpful and the restaurant is of a good standard.

Room Tip: Be sure to ask for a non-smoking room unless you really like the smell of stale smoke and as for a r...
